Big O Tires

Has to replace 2 tires that I had bought at Big O and were defective. They replaced the tires for free but charged me to mount, balance, disposal fee, and charge for a new warranty. Do not feel that this is fair. I would not have had to pay $170 if the tires had not been defective. They should have stood by their product and not charged me anything.

I brought my truck in to have simple things done to it that needed to be done before we left the state on October fourth. After paying over $4000 for the repairs, I was shocked to see that I had an error on my power steering. The reason I was shocked is nobody in the shop told me about the error, and I had to find it myself. I had no issues with power steering before bringing it into your shop and felt that the mechanic was trying to diminish his responsibility regarding the error. In fact, the mechanic told me that these things happen, and it was just a coincidence. It is no coincidence when I have someone work on my vehicle, that had no errors on power steering or anything for that matter, and the second I get it back it has a power steering error! It has now been almost 2 weeks and the truck is still not fixed because it needs a new power steering module and GM is on strike. What a nightmare, DO NOT GO HERE UPDATE: I contacted corporate several times and even had a case number assigned but no call back. Truck finally fixed and Big O paid for repairs, but no contact from franchise owner or corporate.

UPDATE; I Submitted my information and so far the owner of Big O in Roswell NM had NOT contacted me. Just shows that they don't believe in customer service. Very bad place to go for tire repair Roswell NM store did not know how to put a tube in my tire. I had tube and just needed it installed. Four employees could not figure out how to do it and riped the valve from the tube and charged me $16+ for what they did. Employee put tire in my pickup so I didn't know if what they had done till I got it to put on trailer. Tried to contact Big I and no luck.

Will not ever use them again! Salesman was completely dishonest, tire tech spent more time smoking his vape pen then working on my tires! This used to be a great place to do business but lack of supervision has taken it's tole!
